This coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Yes, if you’re a coffee-lover, this coffee is extremely familiar. However, this specific coffee has gone through the Gerbota Suka washing station where the good coffee cherries are taken to raised beds in order to dry under the sunlight for about 21 days. The sorting, drying, and washing process brings forth a delicate and complex flavor profile. We taste strawberries with cane sugar, watermelon, and lemon/ orange rind.
Tasting Notes: Strawberry, melon, cane sugar, lemon rind
