Guatemalan Waykan

Regular price $ 17.00 Sale

In the Maya Q'qnjobal dialect of the region, "waykan" means "star, or light that shines in the sky at night," and this dynamic coffee shines with its crisp acidity reminiscent of apple with a balance sweetness.  The indigenous population in and around Huehuetenango plays a large role in the coffee production, and coffee accounts for roughly 80 percent of the local economy.
